The American Friends of City University (London), Inc. is a US non-profit organization, tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code and is governed by an independent board of directors.

Gifts to the American Friends of City are deductible to the extent allowed by law. A tax receipt in a form acceptable to the Internal Revenue Service will be issued for every gift and donation received.
